Help us out by sending in your reports of things that could do with improving in Cromhall. Once we've verified your concern, we'll add it to the Fault Finder, where we will take it up with either Cromhall Parish Council or South Gloucestershire Council.
Before sending in a report, please check on the Fault Finder to make sure your issue has not already been logged, as sending in more reports for the same issue won't make the process go any faster!
You'll need the following information to submit a report:
Your name, email address and telephone number (in case we need to contact you for further information)
The type of issue (e.g. road sign, footpath, gate etc)
Description of the issue
what3words coordinates of the issue (e.g. word.word.word)
(optional) A photograph of the issue
Once you've submitted your report, we'll verify it as quickly as possible by sending someone out to check the issue. If we find it to be correct, we will take extra photographs if necessary and add it to our Fault Finder database, where we'll take it up with either Cromhall Parish Council or South Gloucestershire Council. However, if we are unable to verify the issue, then we'll contact you for further information. If we still can't verify the report, then we won't add it to the Fault Finder and your report will be discarded.
